It’s also covered by insurance companies in the United States, with no out-of-pocket costs to users, and is the only multi-grip bionic hand Made in the U.S.

Aadeel was named as an MIT Technology Review Innovator Under 35 for 2021. And, the National Science Foundation has awarded PSYONIC $1 million. As part of the federal government's Small Business Innovation Research program, they will use the funding to develop even finer control for users.
