Yoga At The Pond

The class will be led by certified yoga instructor, Jodi Adams. Jodi has been practicing yoga since 1991. No matter one's age or flexibility, she offers a practice to awaken strength, balance, and a mind/body connection. Please bring your own mat, but there will be a few extras available.
